Doing Business in Indian Wells
We are delighted that you have chosen Indian Wells as your place of business. Please note that all businesses with a business office, home office or P.O. box located within Indian Wells are required to have a business license. Licenses cost $92 annually. Business licenses are available for download below or at City Hall. Cash and checks are accepted if the license is purchased in personat City Hall; however, payment by check is required if the application is mailed to City Hall.
Those who wish to work as massage therapists must obtain a permit to work within the City of Indian Wells.

In addition, all retailers located in Indian Wells who wish to sell cigarettes, tobacco products, cigarette papers and/or cigarette wrappers must have a Tobacco Retailers License.
Form may be submitted in person or by mail. There is no fee for the Tobacco Retailer's License.
