Marketing & Community Relations
City Hall maintains a Marketing & Community Relations Department coordinated under the aegis of the City Manager. Marketing & Community Relations is responsible for a broad spectrum of programs ranging from informing and engaging residents in community activities to ensuring media access to timely city and Golf Resort-related information and services. Indian Wells remains committed to maintaining open and mutual lines of communications with city residents, businesses, and neighboring communities. Main sources of communications include the city website, www.cityofindianwells.org; the city newsletter mailed to residents 10 times per year; and Channel 17, a cable television channel broadcasting city government news and information. The Marketing & Community Relations Department also distributes special notices and publications throughout the year, and manages the city’s tourism website, www.indianwells.com.
