Property Owner ID Cards
With a valid Property Owner Identification (ID) Card, residents can enjoy discounts on green fees and 20% off all food, beverage and merchandise at the Indian Wells Golf Resort, as well as 20% discounts on food and spa services (where offered) at Indian Wells hotel properties.
Residents can obtain their numbered ID card, valid for three years or upon sale of property, at City Hall during normal business hours for $5. If you're getting your card for the first time, please remember to provide proof of property ownership (i.e., grant deed, escrow closing statement, etc.). Please note that leaseholders, renters and timeshare owners are not eligible.
